PayU payment gateway – Terms & Conditions

HealthRely may use PayU as its online payment gateway partner for processing payments related to diagnostics, hospital services, doctor consultations, or medicine delivery bookings made through the HealthRely platform or app. By choosing to pay using PayU, you agree to the terms and conditions below, in addition to any terms specified by PayU on its own website.

  • All payments will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or as displayed at the time of checkout. The final amount, including applicable taxes, charges, or convenience fees, will be shown before you confirm the payment.
  • PayU may collect certain information such as card / UPI / net‑banking details as required to complete the transaction. Such information is processed directly by PayU in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy. HealthRely does not store your full card details.
  • Payment confirmation will be communicated via in‑app notifications, email, or SMS (where applicable). You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the amount, service details, and recipient information before completing the payment.
  • In case of a failed, delayed, or duplicate transaction, the amount, if debited, is normally reversed back to your source account by PayU / your issuing bank within the timelines prescribed by them. HealthRely is not responsible for delays outside its control but will provide reasonable support in coordination with the partner, where possible.
  • Refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations (where permitted) are subject to the respective diagnostics center, hospital, doctor, or pharmacy’s cancellation and refund policies. Any applicable gateway or convenience charges may be non‑refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • HealthRely and PayU reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel a payment transaction in case of suspected fraud, misuse, regulatory restrictions, or policy violations. Any such decisions may be taken at our sole discretion or as required by law or payment partners.
  • HealthRely will never ask you for your OTP, CVV, or net‑banking password. You must not share such details with anyone claiming to represent HealthRely, PayU, or any partner organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

For any queries or disputes related to payments processed through PayU, you may contact us using the details in the Contact section of the HealthRely website, along with your transaction reference number and payment date. We will coordinate, to the extent possible, with the respective partner and PayU to help address your concern.

By proceeding with an online payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete. Continuing to use the HealthRely platform after any update to these payment terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
